University course in sports journalism

During my successfully completed training as a sports journalist, I was able to learn the basics of sports reporting.
From many practical sports exercises to journalistic texts on TV announcements and live reporting, the training gave me an excellent insight into the world of sports journalism.

HTL, Graphic and Communication Design

Education at the HTL Salzburg trains the new generation of designers. The curriculum provides a 360 degree overview of the design opportunities to find the right path . From general to specific knowledge like art history, marketing up to simple design classes. 

I gained my basic knowledge about my current daily work.

Marketing and Graphic

My tasks in this job are: creation of magazines (photo, content, text), social media marketing, public relations, photography, events, website-maintenance and creation, cooperate with subsidiaries, support with different departments and suppliers. Great environment to experience how marketing operates in an international group.

Graphic and Prepress

Creation of data for printing, customer support, creation of reasonable printing sheets, prepare printing plates, close communication with the print workers and content-managing for social media.

Product Photographer

At the Photo studio I learned photography with full frame cameras (mainly sport clothing and sport outfits). I was responsible for the post-production and the communication and coordination with the customers.

IT and internet sales

It was my responsibility to make sure that products sold well on eBay and Amazon (with perfect photos and appealing descriptions) and reached the customer in time. After Sales Service with clients was a further important part of my duties.

Internship Marketing

The internship at the Wörle company was my gate to the working world. I got involved in various tasks with great enthusiasm. I helped the existing team to work on tasks which they had been working on for a long time and brought outside opinions and ideas. I was also allowed to attend internal meetings as well as with agencies.

In order to earn my own money and gain initial experience in customer service, I also worked outside school.
